This match was one sided by entertainment. All credit goes to veru good bowling of Glenn McGrath and destructive batting of Sehwag.
What an explosive knock from Virender Sehwag. 94 off 41 balls, 10 fours, 6 sixes and he took a special liking to Symonds, pasting him for 30 in his last over. A clinical performance then from the Daredevils as they win by 9 wickets with 7 overs to spare, not bad at all for the Net run rate!
Asif and McGrath bowled really well. Team is gelling really well. McGrath figures was 22 runs in 4 overs. Asif was better, he gave 19 for 2 wickets. Rajat Bhatia and Farveez Maharoof took 2 wickets too.
It was very bad start for Deccan Chargers, they were not at charged at all and it was very easy to stop them. Hope they may change there tag word. They have to reallly think and redo there strategy to win.
By 15th over they were lost, thanks to very good knocks from Rohit Sharma they got respectable score, but it was actually not all respectable. Rohit scored 66 of 36 bowls and he hit 4 sixers and 6 fours. Deccan Chargers were all out for 142 runs for 8 wickets.
Delhi DareDevils started as there team name, without any fear and blasted the bowls all over park. Gautam Gambhir was only the casualty, he was out for 12 runs. After that there was no looking back. Shikhar Dhawan and Virender Sehwag just assaulted the Deccan's bowling and
won the match and scored 2 more points.
In a rare incident when Sehwag scored his half century, he rasied his bat but for his surprise crowds didnot responed to him. He waved his bat to ask the crowds what is happening. We can see how this club system cricket started to get effective as the matches are going on. We have to see what will happen tomorrow if Sachin comes to this stage. Will the Chennai crowd behave same as Hyderbad. I think people are forgetting the he is Indian too. Crowds were not able to digest his assult.
Verdict: Other top teams keep a eye on DareDevils, they are really Unstoppables at this movement.
