The Chennai Super Kings (India Cement) paid the highest amount
for Mahendra Singh Dhoni in the
first round. Dhoni was bought for
Rs 6 crore ($1.5 million). Andrew Symonds became the second highest was bought by Hyderabad for
$1.35 million.
